Built because fake listings were the real problem.
Every hospital HR team and every doctor in this market already knows the pattern — job boards flooded with unverified postings and profiles nobody's checked. We built Hospital Staffing Agency to fix that one thing first, and let everything else follow from it.
Why we exist
Verification isn't a feature here. It's the whole product.
Most staffing platforms treat identity verification as a checkbox somewhere in settings. We built it as the gate everything else passes through: a doctor's profile doesn't go live until their state medical council registration has been checked, and a hospital can't post a single job until their facility license has been reviewed by a real person on our team.
That means fewer listings than a platform that lets anyone post anything — on purpose. We'd rather a hospital wait one business day for a job to go live than have a doctor apply to something that turns out not to be real.
How it works
What actually happens before something goes live
For doctors
- Profile submitted
Specialization, qualifications, and state medical council registration number.

Our team confirms the council registration is real and current before the profile is searchable.

Once verified, doctors can search and apply to any active listing at no cost — ever.
For hospitals
- Facility registered
Hospital details plus a facility license document, uploaded at sign-up.
- License reviewed
An admin reviews the license before the account is approved to post jobs.
- Jobs reviewed too
Every individual posting is checked before it appears on the public job board — not just the account once.
